Consciousness is a presumption. Where is this illusive thing? Is feeling like you look out of your eyes direct proof that there is consciousness? To me consciousness and awareness is the same thing in the non duality space. The illusion is, is that there is a sense of separation that feels like it looking out of the eyes and gives itself the title 'me'. This is a total misunderstanding of that appearance. It is a mistaken identity that has seemed to take on a life of its own.
What is the seeker? The seeker appears as an energetic sense that gives itself the name, me or I. It's sole function is looking for something that isn't. This is how it runs, it can only do that one thing. When it thinks it's found something it never lasts and off it goes again on its perpetual quest. It's a feeling of being lost, kicked out of the garden, abandoned. It is not who you are!
It's an energetic belief that I am separate. It's an illusion. This is not helpful to
Dum dee dum, lalalaa something something non duality
Doo dee doo, la dee daa something something freedom
Diddle dee dum, doo doo doop something something this It’s not in the words
There is just what is happening
All those years of seeking and in the end there was nothing left. Lisa never got anywhere, she was left with nothing, nothing left for the me, no me. Getting somewhere was just a dream. Hypothetically if a me could see this, it would run screaming as there is nothing for it here, no hope, no future, no enlightenment, no gain of any kind. What is left is what never left, what is left is total aliveness, a sea of aliveness, ever changing but never moving. Wild!
The me is trying to know what it is to be sitting or standing in a room. There is just standing or sitting in a room, just happening. That which is trying to know it, is the illusion. It is not a person, it is not me, it's a trick appearing as real. Is it obvious that it is just what is happening? Is it obvious that there is trying to know it happening? It is all happening at once, one big unknowable appearance we call life. It cascades into being It has no being It is all on
